Faculty Collaborative for Teaching Scholarship (FCTS) is a faculty development program dedicated to advancing scholarship on teaching and learning. The program equips faculty with research training, mentorship, and peer support to systematically investigate the impact of their teaching innovations. Participants develop studies of teaching and learning, complete IRB protocols, and prepare their work for dissemination through posters, presentations, and manuscripts. By creating a structured pathway from classroom innovation to scholarly contribution, FCTS helps faculty share effective teaching practices with broader academic audiences.
